Little Magic Message videos are digital only. Nothing is posted and there are no shipping costs.
How long it takes
Your personalised Santa video is emailed to the address you use at checkout, usually within 24 hours of ordering. During the busy weeks before Christmas it can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.
What you receive
You'll get an email with a link to watch and download your video. It plays on phones, tablets, computers and smart TVs, and you can keep it forever.
Haven't received it?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it straight away.
