We want every Little Magic Message video to be perfect. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
Free fixes
If your video has a mistake, such as a name that sounds wrong or a detail that doesn't match what you entered, we'll remake it for free. Just reply to your delivery email or contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds
Because every video is personalised and made just for your child, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a video has been created. You're entitled to a full refund if:
- Your video isn't delivered and we can't resend it
- Your video has a problem we can't fix
- You contact us to cancel before your video has been created
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to ask for help
Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll respond within one business day, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
