How long does delivery take?
Most videos are emailed within 24 hours. In the final week before Christmas it can take longer, so order early to be safe.
When will I get the Christmas Day video?
It's emailed to you as soon as it's ready, usually within 24 hours of ordering, so you can save it and play it on Christmas morning.
